In stock items are usually personalized
and shipped within 3 - 14 business days of placing your order. After
leaving our warehouse, delivery time is determined by your location and
desired shipping method.
Item availability and processing time estimates
are listed on each item page. For orders of multiple items, the longest
processing time will apply to the entire order.
On rare occasions, items may be on backorder.
In this case, you will notified that your items are on backorder and when they
are expected back in stock. If paying by credit card, you will not be
charged until your items are ready to ship.

Standard Shipping & Free Shipping charges
only apply to orders shipping within the continental United States (excludes
Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO boxes). Your order total must exceed $150.00 (before tax) to
qualify for free shipping. Alaska, Hawaii, & international customers,

We use reliable USPS and FedEx for all
deliveries to United States addresses. Choice of carrier is not
available.

Standard Shipping delivery takes 1 to 7
business days after leaving our warehouse.

FedEx cannot deliver to P.O.
Box addresses. The
delivery address specified must be a physical location.

FedEx delivers to
office or business addresses Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. FedEx
delivers to home addresses Tuesday to Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM. If you are not home or are unable to
receive your package during normal business hours, please provide us a different
shipping address during Checkout.
Air Service
FedEx & USPS Air Services are available for faster transit time and can be
selected during Checkout. Shipping charges for FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2
Day Air, and FedEx Express Saver (3 Day Air), and USPS Express Mail are calculated during
Checkout. You will be able to view your shipping charges before
submitting your order.
Packing
& Materials
Wholesale Favors packs and ships all orders from our
warehouse, we do not drop ship any merchandise. All of our orders are packed with
care by our trained and experienced staff using the best quality in packing materials.
We only uses strong corrugated cartons
& gummed tape, as well as foam peanuts, bubble packs and tissue paper for added protection.
