Customer Satisfaction

At Wholesale Favors, our goal is to offer the finest quality personalized gifts and favors. Customer Satisfaction is our number one concern. That's why we guarantee most of our products to be 100% Free from defects and workmanship (does not include glassware and ceramics, see below)!

If you are not completely satisfied with your products, you may return them within 30 days for a refund (less the shipping cost both ways). All items must be returned in their original condition (including their original boxes or packaging). Partial returns are not accepted, you must return the full quantity of the item ordered. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount. After 30 days, we will not accept any returns.

You must request an RMA number for all returns and claims. This RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box you are returning! If no RMA number is printed on the box, the package will be refused! To obtain an RMA number and report any claims, please contact us by email at sales@wholesalefavors.com. You will be given an RMA number and further instructions on how to return your items.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized items (includes engraved items, printed items, and items with personalized labels)
  • Personal care items
  • Edible items

Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully. We are not responsible for any spelling errors on your part!

Damaged Items / Order Discrepancies

Time is of the essence: Upon receipt of goods, any chips, broken items or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours. Claims will not be honored after this period!

Imprinted Glassware Items:
Although we take care to pack items carefully and securely, it is still possible that damage may occur in transit. Due to special setup requirements, imprinted glassware items broken during transit cannot be replaced. We can only provide a credit for the damaged pieces. Be sure to order extra pieces to cover for potential damage.

Meltable Items (chocolates, etc.):
Wholesale Favors cannot be held responsible and will not replace or refund any melted items, unless you select the 2 Day Air shipping method and Insulated Packaging option for your items when ordering. This disclaimer applies year round to all meltable items which offer the Insulated Packaging option.

RMA Number

Glassware & Ceramics

Due to the nature of the Glass and Ceramic production process, slight variations and small imperfections are not considered flaws. Variation in materials, production equipment and firing temperature may result in variations in size shape, glaze color, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards.
