Customer Satisfaction
At Wholesale Favors, our goal is to offer the finest
quality personalized gifts and favors. Customer Satisfaction is our number one
concern. That's why we guarantee most of our products to be 100% Free
from defects and workmanship (does not include glassware and ceramics, see
below)!
If you are not completely satisfied with your products,
you may return them within 30 days for a full refund (less the shipping cost
both ways). All items must be returned in their original condition
(including their original boxes or packaging). After 30 days, we will
not accept any returns.
All engraved, dated merchandise or custom orders are
nonrefundable! Take special care when reviewing
your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully. We are
not responsible for any spelling errors on your part!
Damaged Items
Time is of the essence: Upon receipt of goods,
any chips, broken items or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours.
Claims will not be honored after this period!
RMA Number
You must request an RMA number for all returns and
claims. This RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the
box you are returning! If no RMA number is printed on the box, the package
will be refused!

You will be given an RMA number and further instructions on how to return your
items.
Glassware & Ceramics
Due to the nature of the Glass and Ceramic production
process, slight variations and small imperfections are not considered flaws.
Variation in materials, production equipment and firing temperature may result
in variations in size shape, glaze color, etc. These conditions are within
acceptable industry standards.
